Whether it’s a bar, restaurant, café, or holiday and leisure complex, the Gutxi team approaches each project with fresh eyes and a thorough understanding of client and hospitality-guest needs.
After navigating the challenges posed by Covid and Brexit, Gutxi has made huge strides this past year, engaging in a number of projects valued between £0.5 million and £1 million. This substantial workload has called for some team restructuring and the hiring of new staff, including an interior designer. Over the course of the Programme, Gutxi has collaborated with its programme mentor to refine its management processes, enhancing overall productivity. Currently, they are working with fellow cohort member Szabotage on a proposal for a pub mural and developing a business plan for Mount Batten Café in Plymouth.
In addition to its core design service, Gutxi has expanded its scope to include food and beverage consultancy services, further enhancing its value proposition by helping clients reduce costs and improve operational efficiencies.
“The Creative UK Programme has been able to provide us with resources we needed to review and improve the way we work. This has opened up new opportunities for us as we look to the future with confidence.” John Gaughan, Director
