When Clover receives a call that her younger brother is dead, she returns home to face her father and a family farm ravaged by floods, written and directed by Hope Dickson Leach and produced by Al Clark and Anna Griffin.

The Levelling was financed by iFeatures, stars Ellie Kendrick in her debut leading role and filmed on location in Somerset. It premiered at Toronto and won a BAFTA Scotland award.

Hope Dickson Leach previously made shorts for Channel 4, Film London, the UK Film Council, NOWNESS and the National Theatre of Scotland and is a co-founder of Raising Films, a campaign to make the film industry more parent-friendly.
