Fresh Seed the Future of People & Culture for the Creative Sector
Fresh Seed focuses on the creating community through people and culture solutions, bringing together ED&I, well-being, people solutions, training for line managers, and leaders to make a business happy and thriving and problem solving. We do this through the lens of organisation psychology, user research methods and HR. We see the gaps where you see problems and we help to focus the business on its vision and purpose rather than getting bogged down in people issues. We use positive psychology and strengths – no corporate personality profiles here – because in organisation psychology terms this makes people happy and they then perform better and through this work we use compassionate leadership. We want to help creative organisations and teams be happy and future ready so you are always managing the creativity not the negativity.
