The West Midlands Create Growth Programme is designed to support creative businesses* working in the West Midlands Combined Authority area who need help building confidence as a founder to make decisions on investment, business structures and growth plans. So far, we’ve supported over 80 businesses in the region.
Selected businesses had access to a series of monthly tailored workshops, one-to-one mentorship, and opportunities to connect with investors. Since its launch, we’ve seen 83% of participating businesses apply for investment or pitch, and 72% have developed or launched a new product.
