The new Devon Create Growth Programme Stage 1 cohort have met for their first workshop as they embark on a six-month journey of business growth.
The launch event was hosted at The Hall, Exeter. Set within one of Exeter’s oldest streets, the space is filled with history and the businesses were keen to start networking immediately.
Following quick fire introductions, we were joined by Sybille Shiffmann from Deostara for a session exploring vision, mission and values.
After lunch, the group spent the afternoon exploring the Theory of Change with Jon Rolls.
