ERA, the digital entertainment and retail association (Creative UK member) has launched its Manifesto for Cultural High Streets, outlining how and why the Government needs to protect cultural business and support high street culture across the UK.

The manifesto focuses on the benefits of a cultural high street, spanning socio-economic growth, local employment, and the community and cultural value for society, and highlights actionable recommendations as to how the Government can help realise its growth.

The manifesto was launched at Creative UK’s Westminster Summer Reception on 9 July 2026, attended by members and sector stakeholders.
