Reframe 2025 is crafted to empower businesses operating in film, television, gaming, immersive media and Createch, offering tailored guidance to diversify revenue streams, leverage intellectual property to its fullest potential, and integrate next-generation technologies with confidence.
This year’s cohort will be mentored by an experienced and passionate lineup of industry leaders bringing together strategic insight, sector knowledge and creative ambition.

Nicola Sands – Applehead Media Ltd
Applehead Media is a dynamic media company dedicated to transforming brand outcomes through innovative video storytelling and strategic content development. Founded by professionals from the television industry, the company has pivoted to digital production in response to the evolving media landscape and the increasing demand for engaging online content. Leveraging their extensive network of industry contacts, Applehead Media combines creative expertise with a deep understanding of audience engagement, helping businesses navigate the streaming and on-demand generation effectively. The company mission is to empower brands by harnessing the power of video storytelling and tailored content strategies that resonate with modern audiences.
Will Randall – Bardulf Ltd
Bardulf is a small multi-disciplinary creative studio formed when a very practical production design workshop had a spate of profitable pitch work for other producers and decided to start making commercial films ourselves. We’ve provided specialist art services and SFX fabrications to enormous Hollywood movies, high end dramas, and a number of award winning factual shows. As a fledgling production company we’re cutting out a lot of the development and fundraising middle-ground to try and get films to market quicker and build an exciting filmmaking brand based around a very practical, slightly punk-rock, approach to putting stories on-screen.
Dominic Rees-Roberts – Borderpoint Films
Borderpoint Films is an independent production company specialising in science factual content. The company is founded by producers Dominic Rees-Roberts and Paul Cooke with the mission to make engaging and entertaining content that grows specialist factual audiences and brings new viewers to the genre.
We don’t just tell stories about science; we also do science for real. Our new innovative virtual reality product Depict VR is being developed to help improve young people’s mental health. Based in Ashford, Kent, we are part of a growing community of creative companies building production capacity outside of London.
Juliet Tzabar – Brighton Zoo
Brighton Zoo is the bold and agile little sister of Blue Zoo, pushing the boundaries of storytelling across all digital platforms, as well as serving as a hub for regional production. Based in one of the UK’s most vibrant creative cities, we combine bold creativity with cutting-edge technology to craft fun, energetic, and inspiring content. Our talented and inclusive team specialises in animation, interactive development, social video, and immersive experiences, creating stories that resonate with today’s digital-first audiences and leap across platforms.
Ania Nakov – Dream & Co
Dream & Co is a UK-based film and television production company creating intimate, stylish, and emotionally rich stories that resonate globally. With a special focus on young love, friendship, and metaphysical connections that transcend life and death, our work invites audiences (especially teenagers), to explore what it means to love and be loved. Founded by Ania Nakov, a bilingual French-British producer with over twenty years’ experience in Paris and London, Dream & Co partners with leading cultural institutions and luxury brands, producing both scripted features and branded cinematic content with a sustainable, eco-conscious ethos.
Paul Mumford – Labmeta
Lab—Meta is a design practice working with motion and 3D. We create moving image experiences, motion-led identities and dynamic visual systems. Paul is the creative director and founder of Labmeta, developing design-led strategies and moving image systems using procedural and generative tools. My work engages with emerging aesthetics and cultural trends, particularly where everyday activities are being transformed and impacted.
Chris Hailes & Horia Dragoi – Ponder, Create.
Ponder, Create. is the next generation of Post Production. We are a Brighton based post facility that’s spear-heading new workflows and technologies for high volume television production. Our bespoke online platform provides a unified experience from pre to post – connecting every aspect of a production together. We leverage the best TV practices from industry veterans and combine them with the latest advancements in AI, allowing smaller teams to create more. As a diverse and regional team, we work with true indies – providing the tools and creative talent that let us collaborate, ponder, and create.
Rosa Rogers – Redbird Productions
Redbird is an independent production company based in the UK specialising in dramas, documentaries and features for cinema, television, radio and education. We have a track record in making innovative and award-winning programmes and have won three BAFTAs, along with Royal Television Society, Prix Jeunesse, One World Media, Japan Prize, Tribeca Film Festival and Silverdocs Awards.
We are a small core team collaborating with a talented extended family of writers, directors, animators, DOPs, editors, sound designers and composers so we can put together the best team for each project.
Chris Dewar & Gareth Allen – Sound View Media
Story Compounds is a creative film, TV and immersive media production company and consultancy developing a talent pipeline with an emphasis on the global majority, including the intersections of disability, neurodiversity, gender and sexual orientation, plugging the skills gap for creative companies, and accelerating diverse commission-ready IP to help UK film, TV, and immersive media reach global audiences.
Story Compound is a black and female-owned production company and consultancy that understands the extensive international reach of stories produced by womxn and ethnically diverse creatives. We produce original film and TV projects that transport, entertain and connect global audiences.
Jake Cassels & Jason Mitchell – The Connected Set

Katie Greenhalf – This Film Production

Clare Lawrence – Wounded Buffalo Sound Studios
Wounded Buffalo Sound Studios is a world-renowned, multi-award-winning audio post-production house based in Bristol. With 25 Emmy nominations and 7 wins, 21 BAFTA nominations and 3 wins, and a host of RTS and Golden Reel Awards, the studio has set the global standard for Natural History sound.
