Embracing Neurodiversity in Your Screen Business

Creative Enterprise is excited to present this recording of the “Embracing Neurodiversity in Your Screen Businesses”

In this session, Autistica and Fresh Seed discuss how you can embrace neurodiversity in the workplace and the key steps to take to start your journey and build on your current equality, diversity and inclusion practices.

Fresh Seed share guidance and up-to-date information about ways to attract and retain neurodiverse talent and embrace the capabilities these individuals have, as well as providing you with a toolkit and roadmap to take away from the session.

We share best practice and case studies from Autistica’s 2030 Goals, Employment Plan and Embracing Complexity – a coalition of over 60 organisations – working towards a world where everyone with neurodevelopmental conditions can achieve their potential.
