The new Cornwall Create Growth Programme Stage 2 cohort have met for their first workshop as they embark on a six-month journey of business growth.
The launch event was hosted in Bayspace St Ives, a beautiful co-working space in the centre of St Ives, looking out across the bay. Just down the road from the iconic Tate St Ives and home of Barbara Hepworth, it felt like a fitting spot to launch the 2025 CGP.
Following a gathering on the terrace for introductions and some invigorating sea air, the group of ten creative businesses got to work with a session on Vision, Mission and Values with Natalie Fletcher.
Following an amazing lunch from local restaurant SILCO, the group spent the afternoon exploring the Theory of Change with Jon Rolls.
It was a really focussed session and all participants took something valuable away from the day. We can’t wait for workshop two!
